Depending on the model, up to 40 altitude data can be stored in the watch's data memory and recalled at any time. Each data set consists of a measured height combined with date and time. In addition to the individual heights, the maximum height and the minimum height are also stored during a measurement. The height addition sums up all the meters climbed. This allows you to see at a glance what difference in altitude has been covered on a tour. A pressure sensor detects changes in air pressure and converts the result into altitudes up to 10,000 m. A direction sensor detects and displays the magnetic north direction. A sensor measures the ambient temperature of the watch and shows it in degrees Celsius (-10°C /+60°C) A special sensor measures the air pressure (measuring range: 260 / 1,100 hPa.) and shows it symbolically on the display. This makes it possible to detect weather trends ahead of time. The hands and/or the index are fluorescent coated and glow in the dark if the watch has previously been exposed to a light source Whether in Europe, North America and Japan or in large parts of Canada, Central America and China - after the watch is set to the local time zone, it receives the corresponding radio signal and always shows the exact time. In many countries, it also sets the summer and winter time quite independently. Even temperatures down to -10 °C cannot harm this watch.
