Chris Benz (Christian Benzing) is very active as a diver, free diver and water sports enthusiast, and has founded the basis for the CHRIS BENZ Ocean Team with friends, who are also very fond of water sports. Top athletes from all over the world are always welcome as members. Provided with the experience of divers, surfing instructors and sailing teachers, the Ocean Team was never satisfied with any of the diving watches available on the market. There were always certain details that bothered them – and they saw possibilities for improvement. Chris Benz Shark Proof
There are now 13 product series and more than 130 models. They are all equipped with a resistant housing made of marine stainless steel. Helium valve and depth gauge technology as well as water resistance up to 200 bar and watch glasses made of almost indestructible sapphire glass with a hardness of 9 (diamonds have 10) are the standard.
Shark Proof watches have also been tested. This test was carried out under special conditions by divers. The watches had to withstand a biting test of a shark. The SHARK PROOF rating of the Chris Benz watches therefore means nothing less than „tested on a shark“.
Chris Benz CB-1000A – Shark Proof diving watch

The watch is waterproof up to 100 bar and equipped with a helium valve. The bezel can be moved easily and the wearing comfort of the watch is unique.
